SUMPROOF PAY · FREE DRAFT TOOL

Your EU pay-gap report — computed in your browser, verifiable by your works council

The EU Pay Transparency Directive is in force. Employers with 150+ employees report in June 2027 — on 2026 pay data you are accumulating right now. Employers with 100–149 follow. The report is seven precise statistics (Article 9), a 5% category gap triggers a mandatory joint pay assessment (Article 10), and management must confirm accuracy in consultation with workers’ representatives (Article 9(6)).

Sumproof Pay computes all of it without your payroll ever leaving your machine — and produces a report your employees’ representatives can verify independently, instead of taking your word for it.

Columns: gender, basic_pay, variable_pay, category (+ optional tenure, hours; header names matched loosely). Your file is read locally and never uploaded — open your browser’s network tab and check.

Why this is different

Browser-local by design

Your payroll is read on your machine and never uploaded. Not "EU-hosted" — never sent anywhere at all. Check the network tab.

The exact legal spec

All seven Article 9(1) statistics, (a) through (g), plus the automatic Article 10 five-percent trigger check per worker category.

Verifiable, not trust-us

The report is a canonical, hash-stable artifact. The pilot pack adds signatures and a standalone verifier your works council runs itself — Article 9(6), made checkable.

Enterprise pay-equity platforms (regression analytics, remediation modelling, HRIS integrations) are a different product for a different budget — this is the compliance report itself, exact and checkable. Honest scope: the engine computes the directive’s statistics from the payroll you give it; defining Article 4 “work of equal value” categories is your call (or your counsel’s), and the free draft uses double-precision on canonically ordered data — the pilot pack computes on bitrep’s exact accumulator states.

For employers: a fixed-fee Article 9 Report Pack — signed artifact, readable report, verifier bundle — instead of a five-figure annual platform.

For consultancies & payroll vendors: white-label the verification layer for every client hitting the same June 2027 wall.

For workers’ representatives: the verifier is free, standalone, and runs on your machine — accuracy you check, not accept.
