Clouthier Simulation Labs ("SimGen") is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you use my website and services.

When you submit a project application or contact me, I collect your name, email address, organization, and any information you provide about your project.
Project Data
For active engagements, clients share scientific data (video, images, sensor readings, etc.) for physics discovery analysis. This data is handled under strict confidentiality agreements.
Website Analytics
I use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the website. This includes page views and general traffic patterns. I do not use invasive tracking or sell data to third parties.

Client Data Protection
Your scientific data is 100% confidential. All client projects are protected by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). I never share, publish, or use client data for any purpose other than the contracted analysis. Data is deleted upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Data Security
I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

- •Regular security reviews
- •Secure deletion upon project completion
- •Attack detection: requests to decoy addresses that no visitor or search engine uses (for example /.env or /admin) are logged with the IP address, browser string, address requested and time. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud). I use standard web technologies and do not integrate with social media tracking, advertising networks, or data brokers.
This website has a live chat run by Tawk.to. It loads on every page, and on the PHP check page it opens by itself when a result shows a problem. Tawk.to lets me see which pages are being visited, and sets its own cookies to keep a conversation going. If you use the chat, Tawk.to stores it and anything you type. The chat receives the kind of PHP check result and the PHP version, never the address you checked unless you type it yourself.
