Agreement
By accessing simgen.dev or engaging Clouthier Simulation Labs for services, you agree to these terms. For paid engagements, a separate project agreement will govern the specific terms of that work.
Services
Clouthier Simulation Labs provides physics discovery consulting services, including:
- •Analysis of spatiotemporal data to discover governing equations
- •Forward validation of discovered physics
- •Delivery of equations in various implementation formats
- •Technical reports and documentation
Project Agreements
All paid engagements are governed by a project-specific agreement that includes:
- •Scope of work and deliverables
- •Fixed pricing and payment terms
- •Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) terms
- •Intellectual property ownership
- •Success criteria and validation standards
Intellectual Property
Client Data
You retain full ownership of any data you provide. I do not claim any rights to your input data.
Discovered Equations
Equations discovered from your data belong to you. You receive full rights to use, publish, and implement the delivered results.
Our Tools
The SimGen discovery system, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Clouthier Simulation Labs.
Confidentiality
All client data, project details, and discovered results are treated as strictly confidential. I sign NDAs with every client. Your information is never shared, published, or used for any purpose beyond the contracted work.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If I cannot deliver a validated equation meeting agreed accuracy criteria:
- •Full explanation of why discovery was unsuccessful
- •Partial refund proportional to undelivered value
- •No-obligation consultation on alternatives
Limitations
Physics discovery is research. While I validate all results rigorously, I cannot guarantee:
- •That governing equations exist for all phenomena
- •Specific accuracy levels before analysis
- •That discovered equations will match prior theoretical expectations
I provide honest assessment of feasibility during consultation and clearly communicate limitations throughout the engagement.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for services. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Discovered equations are provided as scientific results; implementation decisions and downstream applications are the client's responsibility.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
