Overview
Clouthier Simulation Labs ("we", "us") provides SimGen VLA, a zero-error GPU arithmetic library. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Square). We store your license tier and usage statistics.
Usage Data
We track GPU hours used for billing purposes. We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your computational data, tensors, or results. All computations run locally on your hardware.
Website Analytics
We use basic analytics to understand website traffic. We do not use invasive tracking, advertising networks, or sell data to third parties.
Your Computational Data
VLA runs entirely on your local GPU. Your tensors, matrices, and computational results never leave your machine. We have no ability to access, collect, or view your data. The only information transmitted is license verification and usage metering (GPU hours).
How We Use Information

- •Track GPU usage for billing (Pro/Team/Enterprise tiers are unlimited)
- •Send important product updates and security notices
- •Provide customer support
- •Improve our software and services
Data Security
- •All data transmitted to our servers uses TLS encryption
- •Payment processing handled by Square (PCI-DSS compliant)
- •Account data stored in Firebase with Google Cloud security
- •We do not store passwords (Firebase Authentication handles this)

PyPI: Package distribution
We do not integrate with social media tracking, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Data Retention
- •Account data retained while your account is active
- •Usage logs retained for 90 days for billing disputes
- •Payment records retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
- •You can request account deletion at any time

International Users
VLA is operated from Canada. If you access VLA from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada. By using VLA, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of VLA after changes constitutes acceptance.
